TWS was established with an underlying sense of purpose that we would not only act as a recruitment partner with our clients and candidates, but also with charities engaged in fighting against social injustice and environmental challenges. We believe firmly that it is not just about raising funds to donate to charity, but that actions have a richer value in driving positive change. Responsible investment and ESG

However, we know the great work undertaken by our charity partners often depends on financial assistance from corporate sponsors. Each year, TWS donates a percentage of yearly revenue to both of our partners with individual targets in place over the course of three-year commitments. We share details of the impact that these funds have through case studies issued throughout the year. We are proud to be active ambassadors for both charities, talking up the amazing work that they do as often as we can.

 

While our contributions to such large-scale global causes are humble and modest, we hope that our actions can inspire others to do the same. Whether you are a candidate or a client, we are always willing to discuss how we can work together and create value for our partners. This could be taking part in career days with first time job seekers through our social charity Drive Forward Foundation or taking a half day to join a plastic pollution beach clean with Surfers Against Sewage.
